Underwood had previously shared a picture of the toddler's tiny hands and feet, to announce the happy news.

"Tiny hands and tiny feet...God has blessed us with an amazing gift! Isaiah Michael Fisher - born on February 27. Welcome to the world, sweet angel!" she wrote, at the time.

The Last Name singer, who married Mike in 2010, had previously talked about her desire to become a mother and start a family.

"Three is fine. Four? Somebody's getting something done, because we ain't having five!" she told Self magazine.

Meanwhile, Underwood previously praised Mike, for helping her feel calm before a big performance.

"If I'm nervous, he'll be like, 'C'mon, you have nothing to be nervous about. Just go do what you do and take a deep breath and say a little prayer and you're good to go,'" she told People in 2014.

"Just being able to get a little kiss and go about my way, it definitely has a calming effect."
