Brown has been granted a temporary 100-yard restraining order against Patti – an alleged stalker who was first arrested at the singer's home back in December 2016. The 26-year-old was arrested on the April 29 after she waited outside the property until the gate opened around 3am. Luckily for Breezy, she was apprehended by security and held until police arrived.

During the session, Danielle Patti expressed her desire to ditch her attorney and represent herself in the case. But the judge shut down her request and instead ruled she needed a psychological evaluation before bail could be considered, reports TMZ.com.

Patti was arrested for trespassing in Brown's home in December 2015. At the time, she claimed the two had hooked up, and that she was trying to leave but her vehicle was blocked in. Then Brown's attorney said the singer was planning to file a temporary restraining order against her.

This is where it got messy, as Patti filed a restraining order against Brown. The R&B star was ordered to stay 100 yards away from the 26-year-old, after she claimed he was harassing her on social media and had posted a death threat.

In March, she appeared in court in an attempt to get a full restraining order, but failed to produce any evidence the pair had dated, as she had claimed. According to TMZ, after being interrogated by Brown's lawyers, she finally admitted she didn't have his phone number or his email address.

Patti said the reason she didn't have any of the abusive messages he supposedly sent was because she "didn't want the memories".
