Coachella 2016 live stream information: Where to watch the performances online

Coachella 2016 kicked off this weekend at Indio, California, and music fans will be able to see the best of the pop world performing live at the three-day event. The music festival, which began on Friday (15 April), has an amazing line of performances, including Guns N' Roses and Ice Cube. The festival is also popular for celebrity spotting as many celebs from the entertainment industry will attend the three-day gala.

But in case you are not lucky enough to get the passes or if you are not anywhere near the location or you want to avoid the desert heat of California, don't be sad. The event is being live streamed on YouTube and you can enjoy the performances from the comfort of your living room.

The performance line-up for the weekend includes LCD Soundsystem, Guns N' Roses, Calvin Harris, A$AP Rocky, Grimes, Jack Ü, Rae Sremmurd, Sia, Halsey and Ellie Goulding.

The music carnival will be held for two consecutive weekends and will return again next week on 22 April (Friday).
