Overview

Colombia sealed a berth in the semi-final of the 2016 Copa America after eliminating Venezuela in the last eight of the tournament on penalties. The match ended in a goalless draw and thus the outcome of the match was forced to be decided on penalties.

Arsenal's second choice goalkeeper David Ospina was the star of the match for Colombia as his heroics helped them make it to the next stage. They will be hoping for another clean sheet against Chile on Wednesday.

Chile, on the other hand are high on confidence after a thumping 7-0 crushing victory over Mexico in the fourth quarter-final of the 2016 Copa America. Eduardo Vargas scored four goals and was the star player for his side against Mexico. Juan Antonio Pizzi will be hoping his side can emulate a similar performance in order to make it to the final.

The winner of the clash between Colombia and Chile will take on Argentina in the final of the tournament on 26 June, Chile are the defending champions and will be looking to retain the title this term.
