Days after Liz Hurley caused an online frenzy by posting a topless snap of herself on twitter, Sofia Vergara has upped the ante by treating her fans to a sexy snap of her own.

The 40-year-old Modern Family actress took to the microblogging site to show off her enviable body in a daring black and white cutaway one piece.

In the image, the Columbian star looks very pleased with herself as she poses in the racy bathing suit. Sporting large sunglasses and tousled hair she showed off her toned tummy and voluptuous cleavage.

She captioned the picture taken aboard a boat while holidaying in Miami, Florida: "Holyday!"

The Mother-of-one is currently spending the festive period in Miami with her fiancé Nick Loeb and her mother and other family members.

This is the second time in recent weeks that Vergara has showed of her impressive assets.

Last month she stripped down to just black lingerie to film an intimate scene with Sharon Stone for new film Fading Gigolo.
