On 24 October 2014, we published a story under the headline 'Burka-wearing Phones 4U Robbers Mohammed Sabek and Aneel Khan Jailed for 10 Years' , which erroneously identified Mr Aneel Khan of Gloucester Road, Kingston upon Thames, as one of two persons convicted of an armed robbery on Putney High Street.

Although one of the persons who were convicted of this offence was named Aneel Khan, he was not the Aneel Khan who lives in Gloucester Road. We apologise to Mr Khan for this error, but point out that the relevant information was taken from a Metropolitan Police press release which contained the same error.
