Chelsea target Seydou Doumbia has revealed that he has plenty of offers to leave current employers CSKA Moscow during the January transfer window.

The Ivory Coast international, who is contracted to the Russian club till 2016, recently came into the limelight following his impressive two-goal performance against Manchester City in the Champions League.

Earlier in the year, the forward's agent had revealed that the Blues are interested in the striker and according to the Express, they could have signed him during the summer transfer window. Apart from the Stamford Bridge outfit, Premier League rivals Liverpool have also been credited with interest in the striker.

The Reds are desperately in need of a front-man following their struggles to find the back of the net this season. Summer arrivals Mario Balotelli and Rickie Lambert have failed to impress, with both strikers yet to score a goal in the league. Moreover, last season's second top scorer Daniel Sturridge has been struggling with injuries and has missed Liverpool's last 14 games.

Doumbia, who has been at CSKA since 2010 has begun the season in impressive fashion and has already scored nine goals and provided four assists in 15 appearances so far in all competitions.

The Ivorian forward has confirmed that clubs from all four major European leagues have shown interest in acquiring his services, but has admitted that he is open to renewing his contract and remaining with the Moscow-based club.

"I am talking with CSKA about renewing my contract, but there is interest in me," Doumbia said, as quoted by the Express.

"There's a lot from England, Spain, Germany and Italy. However I am under contract at CSKA so I have to talk with them too," the Ivory coast striker added.
