Kate Middleton has time and again proved her classic taste in fashion trends and has until now kept the royalty in the news, as she travels around the globe in some of her favourite designer ensembles. However, when the Duchess of Cambridge decided to repeat a memorable outfit that she had worn for Prince George's baptism, she indeed made a few heads turn.

The Duchess recently attended QueenElizabeth II's annual garden party at the Buckingham Palace in London dressed in her finest. The 34-year-old was seen in an ivory-coloured Alexander McQueen dress seemingly from her previous outing at Prince George's ceremony. While the ruffled coatdress looked every bit elegant and apt for the garden party, the mother-of-two decided to accessorise it further with the same Jane Taylor headgear that she had previously worn with the outfit.

To complete her now-iconic ensemble, the Duchess wore pearl-drop earrings and beige pumps by Gianvito Rossi for the event on Tuesday (24 May).

Another reason that made the Garden Partyspecial for the Duchess was Prince William's presence, who was accompanying his wife for this particular event for the first time. Dressed in a black tuxedo with tails, and accessorised it with a top hat and a tie, the Prince looked very dapper as he walked beside his wife.

The past few days have been extremely busy for the Duchess, who was earlier seen at a charity sailing event accompanied by Olympic champion Sir Ben Ainslie. Later she made an appearance along with Prince William and Prince Harry at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
