Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge showed off the beginnings of her baby bump during a visit to a primary school in West London on Thursday (January 15).

She wore an above-the-knee loose fitting navy dress by Madderson London which showed off her pregnancy.

Kate was visiting Barlby Primary School to officially name the Clore Art Room.

Joining her was cross-dressing Turner Prize-winning artist Grayson Perry, who competed with the Duchess by revealing his legs in a short outfit he designed himself.

One of the young pupils presented Kate with a tiny decorated chair, presumably for Prince George, who is now one-years-old.

Thursday was Kate's first public appearance since Christmas Day when she joined the Queen and other royals for a church service.

Prince William and Kate's second baby is due in April.
