Oxfordshire will host its very own battle between the two Coalition parties tomorrow. The Oxford West and Abingdon seat was yellow until Nicola Blackwood turned it blue in 2010, with a majority of just 176 votes.

This time around the Tory musicologist faces a fellow female candidate in the shape of Layla Moran, who is hoping to win back the constituency for Nick Clegg's party.

But with her party's drop in popularity, can Moran put up a fight? And where does Labour, the other left-of-centre party, fit into the race? IBTimes UK visited the "city of dreaming spires" to find out first hand.

Candidates

Conservative Nicola Claire Blackwood

Labour Sally Louise Copley

Socialist (GB) Mike Foster

Ukip Alan Harris
