Electro Velvet to represent the UK in Austria

Electro Velvet is a musical duo consisting of Alex Larke and Bianca Nicholas, that will represent the United Kingdom in the Eurovision Song Contest 2015, with the song Still in Love with You.

"I have really fond memories of watching Eurovision as a child you know being allowed to stay up late and see it," Nicholas told BBC.

"My earliest memory is actually from 1996 with Gina G. I saved up my pocket money and bought the song on cassette. I was so excited," she added.

Conchita Wurst, formerly known as Thomas Neuwirth, won the annual song contest last year.

An estimated international audience of 195 million people across the world watched the singing contest last year, which was held in Copenhagen, Denmark.
