Fans of Rihanna have taken to Twitter to express their shock at the number of empty seats in Wembley Arena for the singer's London stop on her European Anti World Tour. The 28-year-old singer failed to draw in her usual crowds on the 23 June show, with the fans noticing the empty seats in the audience stadium.

Fans went on Twitter and expressed their disappointment at the poor turn out. One tweeted: "Malle: Looking on Snapchat, Rihanna's got pure empty seats at this concert."

Another wrote: "@GagaPurpose: Wow I saw a couple of videos and its true Rihanna's Wembley concert was half empty I wasn't expecting this".

Kellie tweeted: "@IAmKellieMc The Rihanna concert looked so empty. Embarrassingly empty". A source told The Mirror that the Bajan singer rushed through the songs, where she went off stage and nobody knew where she was.

The source said: "People weren't too happy with the performance and there were a lot of empty seats." Let's not forget that the Glastonbury festival began on the same day.

However, this isn't the first time this week that the Work star had left her fans in shock, RiRi sparked concerns on Tuesday (21 June) after breaking down on stage during a live performance in Dublin.

Supporters filmed videos of the singer tearing up, while singing Love the Way You Lie. Rihanna could barely get through some of her lines during her vulnerable moment, where at times she had to back away from the microphone as her eyes got watery. Eventually, she pushed through those tears to finish the song and the "ANTI" set.

Riri later wrote on Instagram: "Such an emotional show for me! I feel so lucky to have a team like the #Navy man! I'm blessed!! No matter what I'm on you always snatch me out of it! I'm so grateful to have y'all! #DUBLIN #ANTIWORLDTOUR."
