X Factor wannabe bad boy, Frankie Cocozza has been sensationally kicked of the X Factor following claims that he allegedly boasted about taking a class A drug.

According to X Factor sources, the 18-year-old Brighton wild boy was given his marching orders after 'breaking a golden rule', which was related to drug use.

Once branded the 'Cheeky Chappy' who won over the public at his first audition after showing off his tattooed bottom, the teenager fell from grace as his less than average vocals and wild boy ego seemed to overshadow all his live show performances.

The shock axing comes just days after it seemed that he was finally winning back the public after escaping a double elimination last weekend, with show favourites The Risk and Johnny Robinson getting the boot instead.

But it appears that Frankie's new found luck finally ran out after backstage antics and non-stop partying all came to a head and producers sent him packing.

Viewers continuously complained about his swearing on stage and allegedly glamorising alcohol consumption which led to regulator Ofcom investigating the teenager's antics.

Cocozza released a statement today apologising to X Factor fans saying: 'I no longer deserve my place'.
