1) Download Ultimate XXLSC Jelly Bean 4.1.2 custom ROM for Galaxy Note to the PC

2) Connect the device to PC using USB cable and transfer the downloaded ROM zip file to the phone's SD card

3) Unplug the USB cable from the phone and then turn it off

4) Enter into Recovery mode by switching on the phone while pressing and holding Volume Up, Home and Power buttons together

5) In CWM Recovery, perform a full data wipe

6) Now scroll down to 'Flash zip from SD card' and select it using the Power button

7) Press the Power button again to select 'Choose zip from SD card,' then locate the Jelly Bean ROM file which you have copied to the SD card. Select the zip file using the Power button and confirm installation on the next screen
