Games Of Thrones season 6 episode 9 will feature the biggest battle of the series and it will be fought between Jon Snow, the former Lord Commander of the Nights Watch, and Ramsay Bolton, the Lord of Winterfell.

The official synopsis released by HBO hardly helps in predicting any major twists, but it does hint that something major could happen. The episode description reads: "Terms of surrender are rejected and accepted."

The latest promo suggests that either Bolton or Snow will pitch in for a trial by combat. But it is unlikely that Ramsay will challenge Jon Snow as he knows that Ned Stark's bastard son is a powerful warrior.

As of now, the Stark army is clearly outnumbered by the Bolton's and to rub salt on their wounds, Rickon is held hostage with Ramsay, who will ask his estranged wife Sansa and Snow to surrender.

The episode will decide whether Snow, who has already asked Priestess Melisandre not to resurrect him if he falls, will surrender before the ruthless Bolton or will he fight until death.

The story arc has kept fans in the dark about the death of a character as they continue to speculate who could die in the penultimate episode. Keeping this in mind, Boylesports, an Irish bookmaking site, has created a special market for the death prediction and according to the website, audience expectations are fair on the survival chances of Snow, while highest odds suggests that Ramsay may die.

"Ramsey Bolton is the red hot favorite at 1/3 to be killed in the next episode," Boylesports mentioned and claimed that Cersei Lannister is the second most expected to die.

No matter how things turn during the war, it is certain that fans will see few shocking twists that would set the stage for the finale and the next season.

Game Of Thrones season 6 episode 9 titled Battle Of The Bastards will air on Sunday (19 June) on HBO in the US.
