Game of Thrones
Actor Kit Harington as Jon Snow HBO

The latest leaked image from the sets of Game of Thrones season 6 should be evidence enough that Jon Snow is indeed coming back from the dead. The actor has been spotted in Belfast -- where season 6 is currently being filmed -- on several occasions, but while some assumed that he might be there to film his funeral scenes, the new image surely suggests that the character is very much alive and ready for battle.

Actor Kit Harington was spotted in some new armour (maybe he's no longer part of the Night's Watch), "...shooting scenes with an army of extras believed to be comprised mainly of Boltons, Umbers, and one would assume whatever Night's Watch men the reincarnated Snow was able to rally to his cause", states ComicBookMovie. Moreover, reports claim that Jon Snow is out to reclaim Winterfell from the clutches of Roose Bolton and his twisted son, Ramsay. You can check out the leaked on-set images here.

Harington recently spoke to Dutch-language Belgian weekly television magazine Humo while promoting his film, Testament Of Youth. In the interview, translated by a Reddit user, the actor hinted that his stint on GoT may be far from over.

"The show is like a double-edged sword to me: I owe a lot to it, but at the same time it has almost completely drained me," he said. "Oh well, I try not to think about it too much. The important thing is that I now know exactly how long I am still under contract."

When asked how many more seasons that would be, Harington laughed and replied, "Nice try. I can't talk about that. Let's just say that Game Of Thrones will remain a part of my life for a while, I'll probably be in my thirties when it's over."

Meanwhile, the cast and crew continue to maintain their stand on Jon Snow's fate by sticking to the "he's dead and not coming back" comment. Actress Maisie Williams recently told TV Line, "he's [Jon Snow] dead, sorry." She then went on to add, "And the interview that you've all read that think that, Kit [actor Kit Harington] spoiler is fabricated and it was totally false." Looks like Arya Stark knows nothing. Game of Thrones season 6 is expected to premiere in April 2016.
