Real Madrid star Gareth Bale's agent has rubbished claims that his client is set to return to the Premier League with Manchester United, with the Old Trafford club's record signing Angel di Maria returning to the Santiago Bernabeu.

There were reports earlier in the month suggesting that manager Carlo Ancelotti is frustrated with the Welshman and that he is keen to be re-united with the Argentine winger, who was sold to United just this summer after Real failed to meet his demands.

Even former United midfielder Paul Scholes had made comments about Di Maria looking unhappy with his new club, but those comments were swiftly denied after the Argentine winger's wife made it clear that he is very happy in Manchester.

However, David Mannaseh, who is one of Bale's representatives, has categorically denied those reports and confirmed that the Welsh international is perfectly happy at Real and will continue at the Spanish capital club for the foreseeable future.

"Rubbish, these rumours about a swap are absolute rubbish," Mannaseh said, as quoted by the Mirror.

"It is not true that Bale wants to return to the Premier League, everything is going well for him in Madrid and he wants to continue wearing the Real shirt."

Meanwhile, Chris Coleman is sure that Wales can take all three points when they face Belgium in a European qualifier at Brussels on Sunday evening.

"We go into the game in Brussels on the back of only one defeat in eight games now. We are up against a very good Belgium side, World Cup quarter finalists and ranked fourth in the world at the moment," Coleman said, as quoted by the Daily Mail.

"But we are a good side as well. We have an excellent squad, a tremendous squad spirit and mentality. We have proved that in the campaign to date, and especially over the past couple of home matches," the former Fulham manager added.
