The promo for Gotham's next episode titled Welcome Back, Jim Gordon, suggests some serious trouble for Gordon and hints at Fish Mooney being tortured. Check out the upcoming episode's official synopsis below:

"The sudden death of a key witness has Gordon suspicious: When the key witness in a homicide ends up dead while being held for questioning by the police, Gordon suspects that it's an inside job and looks to an old friend for information. Meanwhile, Oswald Cobblepot takes control of one of Fish Mooney's prized possessions, as she gets a small taste of her own medicine."

Meanwhile, ComicBook has reported a huge Easter Egg in Gotham's episode 11 titled Rogues' Gallery, involving The Joker.

After Nurse Dorothy Duncan is revealed to be an inmate rather than Arkham Asylum staff, she unlocks all of the inmates' cells. As the inmates run through the halls, they wind up trampling Duncan herself.

After Duncan gets trampled by the inmates, the camera focuses in on Dorothy's face. There is blood smeared all around Dorothy's lips, reminiscent of the red smeared lips of The Joker.

If that wasn't enough, immediately after focusing on Dorothy's lips, a maniacal laugh can be heard echoing down the hallway. The laugh sounds exactly like the famous evil laugh of Batman villain The Joker.
