Part two of GTA Online's Ill-Gotten Gains DLC will launch on Wednesday 8 July on PS4, Xbox One, PC, Xbox 360 and PS3, Rockstar has confirmed.

Radio station The Lab - which was formerly exclusive to the PC version of the Grand Theft Auto 5 released earlier this year - will also be making its way to the four console versions as part of the update.

The Lab is hosted by Doctor No and the Chemical Bro (otherwise known as real life musicians Oh No and The Alchemist).

The Ill-Gotten Gains DLC introduces new high-end clothing and vehicles for GTA Online players to purchase using money they've accumulated in races, death matches and other multiplayer events.

"Stay tuned for more details on next week's update," reads an official Rockstar press release, "Including particulars for our second Ill-Gotten Gains Social Club Event Weekend kicking off on Friday, 10 July.

"For players who didn't get last year's Independence Day Special, look for the return of old favorites at reduced rates, including the Firework Rocket Launcher."

In late June Rockstar confirmed Ill-Gotten Gains part two would launch in July in a post relating to the Welcome To Los Santos album of tracks inspired by Rockstar's enormous hit open world crime epic.
