Happy Birthday Aamir Khan! Bollywood Star Turns 47 Today!

A veteran actor, filmmaker and producer, Bollywood star Aamir Khan, turns 47 today.

A man who is driven by intellect and a desire to innovate, Aamir Khan has proved himself in the realms of both parallel and commercial Bollywood films.

The actor is married to Kiran Rao and has a son, Azad.

The actor celebrated his birthday with what NDTV called a "twist" - the release of his newest film - "Talaash" has been postponed from June to November. It is believed the deferral is because the actor, who gets intensely involved with his projects, will need more time as his television debut will start by June.

According to DNA, the actor is expected to spend time with his wife and son but will step out to cut a cake with his fans as well.
