Shahrukh Khan's Happy New Year trailer will be unveiled on 14th August for a worldwide audience, but a few lucky ones had the chance to view it today.

The trailer hints at the movie being on the lines of a typical Bollywood masala film, very similar to Farah Khan's Om Shanti Om. The promo shows Shahrukh Khan in different looks, and his romancing is the cherry on the cake, reported BoxOfficeCapsule.com.

The promo has some mind blowing dialogues that are rather urban - not the typical south Indian cinema style variety. Pegged to be a musical extravaganza, the film's highlights are its songs. There are four songs in the promo including 'Indiawaale'. SRK's romantic number will be a chartbuster.

The film has some heavy action scenes but it's again very edgy and interesting. Costumes and cinematography are impressive. Overall, the trailer leaves a fantastic impression and it looks like the film will make a big impact.

Key pointers of the trailer:

Shahrukh Khan in the last dialogue of the trailer says, "yeh to trailer hai picture abhi baaki hai mere dost."

The promo opens with a casino and Shahrukh Khan is seen with his arms open. Boman Irani is doing something comical as he wants to participate in a dance competition.

The theme of the film is "Heist via dance and comedy.' Deepika Padukone says that dance is more difficult than it looks. She looks hot and steamy in dance numbers, while Shahrukh's new look is cool. Sonu Sood can be seen in action mode.

The Shah Rukh Khan-Deepika Padukone starrer Happy New Year's trailer will be launched on popular messaging service WhatsApp on 14th August.

A day before its trailer release, Happy New Year is already trending on Twitter. Shahrukh Khan along with his cast are leaving no stone unturned to promote this film on social networking sites.
