Ben Botica, Rugby union fly half for English Premiership club Harlequins, revealed how he has on the road to recovery since he was hit by a shoulder injury last month.
The Quins star has since signed South African fly-half Tim Swiel from Sharks until February but Botica has insisted that physio rehab is going swimmingly and he'll be back on the pitch in the New Year.
Speaking to IBTimes UK, Botica also gave us quick glimpse into how he has settled into London after two years at the Quins and what he plans to do over Christmas.
