Amateur video footage has been released showing the bodies of ten dead children in Latakia, Syria. Various family members can be seen grieving by the deceased, who according to the video, were killed on 9 June.
The footage follows a UN report that cites numerous cases of government forces torturing children, burning them with cigarettes and even subjecting them to electric shocks.
There are fears the massacre will continue as reports emerged that the Syrian government plans to launch an attack on the rebel stronghold in the region.
