Humberside Police are working to identify a woman whose body was found in Hull Marina.
The body was discovered in the water on Monday (19 January) shortly before 12pm.
The circumstances of her death are described as "not suspicious".
A statement by Humberside Police said: "Humberside Police were called shortly before midday today [Monday 19 January 2015] with reports of a body in the water at the Marina on Castle Street, Hull.
"The body of a woman was recovered from the water.
"Her death is not being treated as suspicious and enquiries are ongoing to determine her identity."
