Iggy Azalea
A Russian tycoon offered Iggy Azalea .5 million for the chance to take her to dinner.

Iggy Azalea's breakout track 'Work' may talk about trading sex for expensive gifts but the singer proved she can't be bought so easily, even for a whopping $1.5million (£1 million) date.

The Australian rapper, who had been running an online competition offering one lucky fan the opportunity to meet her for a day out, was stunned to receive the indecent dinner date proposal from a Russian tycoon.

While many of her hopeful Twitter followers, eager to meet their idol, were suggesting crazy activities, the unnamed tycoon thought he could trump them all by flashing his cash.

Azalea however, wasn't impressed and picked her own winner - a cycle ride through London's Oxford Circus - and then promptly told the tycoon to get on his bike.

"We will ride down Oxford Street whilst dressed up as monkeys eating bananas LOL!!" she tweeted the winner.

"I will DM the details CONGRATS!! and then I will tell everyone else when.. and they can see us do that.. will be crazy!"

Azalea is preparing to support Beyoncé on the Australian leg of her The Mrs Carter Show tour.
