Iran will take on Kenya in the 12th match of the 2016 Kabaddi World Cup at the Arena by TransStadia in Ahmedabad, Gujarat on Tuesday (11 October). The two teams are placed in Pool B in a group that involves six teams.

Iran, who came into this tournament as favourites, have lived up to the hype, winning both of their games so far and are currently unbeaten. Captained by Meraj Shekyh, the Iranians already lead the table in raids, successful tackles, tackle points and total raid points.

Expect the men from Iran to cruise to victory in what could be their third win in the competition.

Meanwhile, opponents Kenya, who are making their debut at the Kabaddi World Cup had a successful outing in their first game as they beat Poland to secure five points. The African side is captained by David Mosambay and will be banking on his experience to guide them through the tournament, considering he has played in the Pro Kabaddi League in India in the past.

Where to watch live

The match starts at 3.30pm BST/8pm IST. Sky Sports will provide coverage of the match in the United Kingdom. There is no live broadcast of the game in Iraq and Kenya.
