"Happy New Year to everybody and this is how we celebrate it: OP said Y E S (sic)," he captioned the clip.
The stunning couple were quickly inundated with congratulatory messages.
"OMG! Congrats! You are a wonderful couple and I'm sure you will be very happy Best wishes from Spain," one fan said.
Another wrote: "Fantastic! I can organize your wedding? I adore you!"
The fashionable pair have been dating since 2008 after meeting through mutual friends.
Huebl previously revealed that they had an "old romantic" approach to their relationship.
"I think that I'm constantly learning, and we're both eager to learn about not only each other, but our interests," he said.
"I think we have a very conservative, old romantic, private approach to our love."
