Not as entertaining as Hungary, but a good race nonetheless. Kimi will be gutted after stalling at the start, but entertained the fans with a gritty drive up the field to fifth place. Ricciardo salvaged a point from the last row.

The Tifosi will be delighted to have a car on the podium and I am sure they are delighted to have former Ferrari man Massa on the podium as well, he could get the loudest cheer of the three.

Rosberg crash has given him a mountain to climb in the Drivers' Championship, but he has seven races in which to make up lost ground and he will have an advantage of a fresh upgraded engine for next race.

It's goodbye Europe for this season, and next up is the glamourous Singapore Grand Prix on 20 September.

Massa sounds delighted, tells his team that he is too old for battles such as the one with his teammate on the last laps. But in response they tell him this is just the start. Haha! Amazing

Hamilton demands answers from the team after they told him there could be problems. Toto Wolff keeps mum on the topic, admits it's a secret.

Rosberg's car continues smoking, as Vettel thanks the team. Riccardo manages a point after starting on the last row.

Tyre warmers are off, formation lap in the offing
