Kylie Jenner
The reality star appears to have thrown caution to the wind Instagram

After months of denying that they are an item, reality star Kylie Jenner has seemingly confirmed her romance with rapper Tyga.

The 17-year-old star, who is Kim Kardashian's half-sister, shared an intimate picture featuring her rumoured new beau with her 15 million Instagram followers.

In the snap Jenner can be seen with a full face of makeup snuggling into the 24-year-old hip hop star's heavily-tattooed neck. Although there is no caption, for many of her fans it was all the confirmation that they needed.

"This just isn't right" one commentator said.

The image follows the couple's outing to the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, fuelling speculation that they are more than just platonic friends that enjoy spending time together.

Tyga, whose real name is Michael Ray Nguyen-Stevenson, hosted the L.A. Gear Presents Teen Impact Holiday Party and also donated toys and gifts to patients and their families.

"It was great to come back to @childrensla to bring christmas to the kids. Thank you to @lagear and @808audio and @idvproducts @djskee for helping me bring a smile to so many kids faces. It's amazing! #Humbled," Tyga captioned one photo on Instagram.

As the age of consent is 18 in California, the lovebird's relationship has not gone down well with fans, with some calling for the Rack City rapper to be jailed.

It looks like Tyga may have done a full 360, because back in October he furiously denied dating the teenager during a rant on Twitter.

"Don't believe the rumours, been friends with the family forever. We're all just friends. I hate blogs! Rumours come and go but you keep your shadow. Everywhere you go it follows," he said at the time.

Tyga is back on the market after splitting from fiancée and mother of his son Blac Chyna this summer. But according to Hollywood Life, Kim Kardashian disapproves of Tyga, as she is good friends with Blac Chyna.

"Tyga didn't really know Kim had an issue with him hanging out and working on projects with Kylie. Tyga thought he was cool with Kim and everybody else in the family. He doesn't have a problem with Kim, but he's not about to let her dictate his life or allow her to trash him to her sisters and the rest of the family," a source said.

Jenner wouldn't be the first member of the Kardashian clan to date a hip hop star. Kim has a daughter with Kanye West, who she married back in May and Khloe recently ended her seven-month romance with French Montana.
