Juventus will take on AS Roma for the big Serie A clash at Juventus Stadium on Sunday.

Where to Watch

Kick-off is set for 5pm BST. Live coverage of the match will be available is on BT Sport 1.

Overview

Juventus come into the game after suffering a narrow 1-0 defeat to Spanish champions Atletico Madrid in the midweek Champions League clash. Turkish international Arda Turan netted the only goal of the game as the Massimiliano Allegri's side suffered their first defeat in all competitions.

Meanwhile, Roma enter this fixture after the last fixture against the Premier League champions at the Etihad ended in a 1-1 draw. Francesco Totti cancelled Sergio Aguero's early goal and the Italian strike saw them avoid a defeat in the European fixture.

However, Rudi Garcia's side are unbeaten in all competitions and the draw against City was the first game where they failed to win this season. In the league, both Juventus and Roma have won their first five matches.

Both teams have 15 points after five matches and the Italian champions better goal difference has seen them sit on top of the Serie A table. A victory for either side on Sunday would see them take the top spot.

What Managers Say

Massimiliano Allegri: "Roma are a team who have bolstered during the summer and gained confidence from last season. We need to show we've got the desire to regain our title. It won't be easy. Roma approach the game on a great run of form. Juventus Stadium is a crucial factor for us, the fans never stop cheering on the team. I think Roma will approach the game completely differently to how they did last season."

Rudi Garcia: "Roma always play to win and we'll approach it the same way as on Tuesday [against City], with the ambition to cause problems. Juve have a strong physical presence on the field, we have to be up for that. We have to win balls in defence too and you can't do that with ballet shoes, you need to fight."
