Model Karrueche Tran has denied rumours that she will write a tell-all book about her relationship with Chris Brown, stating that she refuses to "exploit" her heartbreak to make money.

In an interview with radio station KIIS FM, Tran, 26, said that she does not want to attract "negative energy" by spilling the details of her turbulent romance with the Loyal singer in a book.

The aspiring actress told radio hosts Kyle and Jackie O: "What's the point of doing that, there's no need to exploit certain areas of my life or anything and that's just negative energy and I'm not trying to bring that into my zone."

Tran split from the 25-year-old R&B star in March after it was revealed that he has fathered a daughter, Royalty, with his close friend Nia Guzman. The child was born 10 months ago but Tran did not find out until it was reported in the media.

When asked if she would like to reconcile with the Beautiful People singer, Tran replied: "No, not any time soon, not right now. There's just so much going on and right now I just want to focus on myself and just keep pushing forward so right now letting him be him and do him and I'm just going to do me."

The model also revealed that she has cut all communication with her ex, insisting: "I think it's just best that way."

In March, Tran opened up about their latest break-up in an emotionally-charged interview with Fix My Life coach Iyanla Vanzant, which aired on Oprah Winfrey's OWN network.

Addressing the moments she broke down in tears, Tran admitted: "It got pretty emotional at certain points.

"I did cry from an emotional point of just reflecting on life and things that have happened and mistakes that I have made and coming to a realisation with that and focusing on the better and just becoming a better person and making the right choices further on."

Despite her willingness to talk about their failed relationship on TV, Tran says she has no desire to star in a reality show.

"Reality is just not my thing, I don't want people prying into my life even more than they are now," the model said.
