Controversial commentator Katie Hopkins has once again caused uproar after slamming X Factor winner Sam Bailey as a "fat mum in a jumpsuit".
The 38-year-old former Apprentice contestant launched a scathing attack on prison officer Bailey in her latest column for Best magazine.
"The X Factor 2013 has ended in a painful showdown between a fat mum in a jumpsuit and a small boy in whatever his mum laid out for him on his bed," she wrote.
She went on to claim that Bailey lacked emotion during the final and suggested that she was a cold-hearted woman.
"They even tried playing cute clips of Sam's children. They were sure that would make the woman break. Turns out she has the heart of a prison warden," she added.
Hopkins also unleashed another stream of venom at Elton John for looking "puffy around the gills" and blasted 61-year-old judge Sharon Osbourne for her love of plastic surgery.
"If she is going to look this good next year she will need to bulk buy plastic," she wrote.
One unimpressed Twitter user said: "Everything you write about people is so nasty and unnecessary, I really dislike you with a passion."
Another wrote: "The sooner your tv career is over the better. You comment just to get noticed which is quite sad!!"
Bailey also hit back at the jibes saying: "I'm not even going to bother retaliating, because I'm not going to stoop that low.
"If she wants to go around cursing, that's her prerogative. I'm bigger and better than that. I know who I am and I'm not going to be put down by it and be upset about it because I don't really care!"
She added: "If that's how she makes her living, then more fool her."
Hopkins' comments come just weeks after she provoked outrage by mocking a sick child's name who featured on an X Factor charity appeal.
