Lamar Odom is reportedly planning to win back his former wife Khloe Kardashian.

The couple split up in December 2013, after four years of marriage, following allegations of cheating and alleged drug use by Odom.

The keeping Up with the Kardashians star had appeared to have moved on after the failed relationship and was dating rapper French Montana for eight months.

However, the 30-year-old Kardashian and the I Ain't Worried About Nothin hitmaker also split recently.

Now that Khloe is single again, Odom is said to be keen to get back with her midst talks of a possible reconciliation.

A source told Hollywood Life: "[The split] makes it that much easier for him to get back with her and be her husband. He wasn't too fond of that rapper anyway and thought he was a sucker - Khloé's rebound man!"

"Real love always wins in the end. He knew that wasn't going to last. French was there so she could get her mind off Lamar. We all know that. He did his job, played the role he was supposed to play, and now he's gone. Just like that!"

The Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner is, however, said to be worried about Khloe and Lamar reigniting their relationship.

A friend of the family said: "Kris thinks Khloé is very vulnerable right now and the last thing she needs to do is jump back into a relationship with Lamar. Kris always feared this would happen because she knew, as Khloé's mother, that her daughter wasn't over Lamar. Call it a mother's instinct."

Odom and Kardashian had a whirlwind romance, marrying after just one month of dating.
