A teenager has admitted that he killed a school boy in South Lanarkshire last year.

Nineteen-year-old Craig Roy is charged with killing 16-year-old Jack Frew by constantly stabbing his neck and body in East Kilbride, Lanarkshire, on May 6, 2010.

The body of Frew was found from a forest near East Kilbride.

The Glasgow High Court rejected Roy's culpable homicide plea and he must undergo a trial of being charged with murder. The trial, which will begin next month, is expected to last for three weeks.
