Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Naked for L’Officiel Magazine

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have stripped down to their birthday suits for French fashion magazine L'Officiel.

The pregnant reality star and her rapper beau grace the cover of the March 2013 issue naked. They are also featured in an inside spread.

In the black-and-white cover image, Kardashian has one hand on West's head with the other resting on his shoulder. The Mercy hitmaker is turned away from the camera, revealing his bare back as he wraps his arms around her.

The image has drawn comparisons with a hot promo for a new celebrity sex tape.

One viewer said: "She was famous for a sex tape so thus is not surprising."

The shoot, by renowned photographer Nick Knight, came just days after the Keeping up With the Kardashian's star was on the cover of Cosmopolitan.

In the interview for the mag, she admitted to being judgmental of her sister Kourtney until she got pregnant herself.

"I was like, 'You're not married! How could you do this?' I was really firm and strict, But she was like, 'Marriage isn't what I want.' And later, I realised she had a better family life than I did," she said.

Kardashian confirmed in December that she was pregnant with her first child after West gave the game away during a gig.

"It's true. Kanye and I are expecting a baby. We feel so blessed and lucky and wish that in addition to both of our families, his mom and my dad could be here to celebrate this special time with us," she told fans in a blog post.

"Looking forward to great new beginnings in 2013 and to starting a family."

The couple have been dating since April 2012. Their child is expected in July.
