Kim Kardashian is finally pregnant with rapper husband Kanye West's second baby. The reality TV star revealed that she is expecting her second child during the end of the mid-season finale of their family reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

The 34-year-old celebrity announced the news to her family in a teaser for the upcoming episode of the E! series.

In a clip for the upcoming episode, Kim expresses her relief after getting pregnant for the second time as she speaks to her sister Khloe Kardashian.

She says: ''I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!''

Right after the episode, messages of congratulation poured in for the celebrity couple.

E! took to their Twitter account to congratulate the star ''Congrats! @KimKardashian reveals she's pregnant with baby number two (sic)''

In June 2013 the couple welcomed their daughter North West who will turn two this month. The mother of one has been vocal about the difficulties she faced when trying to conceive a second time.

"I complain so much about how I hated being pregnant, and I never thought I would be begging to be pregnant," Kim told sister Kendall Jenner on an episode of KUWTK in April.

"Trying for baby number two is just not fun like baby number one … I'm like, 'I'm ovulating in five minutes! Get over here!'" she added.
