Kim Kardashian 'Freaking Out' About Body Weight

American reality TV star Kim Kardashian is worried that she may never get her pre-pregnancy figure back.

The 32-year-old mother-to-be is due to deliver her first baby with rapper beau Kanye West in July. However she is reportedly worried about getting back into shape because she has been unable to stop eating ever since her pregnancy, according to a report in the latest issue of In Touch Magazine.

The magazine has quoted a source as saying that Kardashian is "freaking out about her body."

"She's always played up her sex appeal, so she's terrified she won't be able to get her body back after the baby is born. She's completely neurotic about her looks.

"She recently gained six pounds in one week. She said, 'Even my armpits are fat, I don't know what's happening to me.' She's got to do something, because her body is everything to her," the source added.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, who rose to fame following a sex tape with ex-boyfriend rapper Ray J, has been seen religiously working out ever since her pregnancy. There were even reports of her over-working her body before she was forced to go to hospital last month.

"Kim's panicking that the weight will just keep on stacking on and will never come off," the source continued.

"Not only is she vain, but she knows that her body is what makes her money. She's built an empire on it. But as much as she tries to be good, she just can't stop eating. It's like something has taken over her body, and she's miserable," the source further said.

However, a report in E! News suggested that Kardashian has gracefully accepted the feeling of pregnancy and the changes in her body following it.

"Ever since I felt the baby kick, it's such an amazing feeling, and it's really allowed me to embrace it. Once you feel this movement inside, it's just a whole different experience, so I love it now. It was tough at the beginning, but I'm passed all that and I love it now," Kardashian was quoted as saying by the website.
