Kim Kardashian has written a letter to her future self.

As well as gracing the cover of the July issue of Glamour, Kardashian shared some introspective words of wisdom about where she hopes her life will be in the year 2025, read out in a video on the magazine's website.

She starts the letter with a rather matter of fact statement, telling her 44-year-old self: "When it comes to how you feel about your body, remember to be kind to yourself and enjoy how you look now, because you're not getting any younger."

The pregnant star then goes on to mention her family, musing that in 2025 her daughter North would be almost a teen. She tells herself to always treat her firstborn with care.

"May you continue to feel blessed and grateful. Since North is now 12, I hope you remember that pre-teens are going through a lot. I know junior high is really tough, so remember to have a lot of patience," she says, typing away on a laptop.

Noting where she thinks the rest of her family will be by the year 2025, Kardashian makes special mention to her sisters and what she wishes for them in the next decade.

Talking about her younger sister, Khloe, Kardashian writes that she hopes her sibling "finds her happily ever after and falls madly in love, because she really deserves it," while suggesting that her older sister Kourtney 10 years into the future "may be done having babies".

She also predicts that in the future Kendall Jenner, her half-sister from her mother's side, will "continue to be modelling and doing whatever she loves to do," and youngest of the Kardashian clan Kylie will undoubtedly be "doing whatever she wants, because she's not usually one to take any direction".

After discussing the people in her life, Kardashian turns to guiding herself about... herself, instilling some confidence in her future make-up skills. "I trust that you will still be the queen of contouring," she says, expressing her hope that her sun-kissed glow will last all year round: "May science invent a mysterious and delicious green juice to keep you tan forever."

Kardashian finishes the letter by setting the bar high for herself, stating: "If you haven't broken the 100 billion mark on Instagram followers I'll be very disappointed in you." Well, 10 years is a long time, anything can happen we suppose...
