Lamar Odom's last night at the Love Ranch: Inside the brothel where NBA star 'overdosed on herbal Viagra'

Ever since former NBA star Lamar Odom was found unconscious and foaming at the mouth at a legal brothel by two sex workers, interest has spiked in the Love Ranch in Nevada. While questions have been raised about the circumstances leading up to his hospitalization, some column inches have also been reserved for the sex palace where he apparently spent five days in a state of euphoria before he hit rock bottom.

• The Love Ranch is a legal brothel and aside from the Vegas branch where Odom visited, it also have has multiple branches in Reno and Tahoe.

• The Love Ranch is located in the State Capital of Nevada, Carson City, which is in northern Nevada between Reno and Lake Tahoe and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
  
  

• During Odom's five day brothel binge, Ryder Cherry and Monica Monroe were the prostitutes that he requested to attend to his sexual desires. After days of partying with the former athlete, they found him face down on the glossy wooden floor of his VIP suite.

• Love Ranch hosts Viagra parties, amongst its many sex services, but their website points out they don't supply the Viagra.

• The brothel is owned by Dennis Hof, who counts Odom as a personal friend. He starred in the HBO documentary series Cathouse, which ran from 2002 to 2014 and followed the lives of sex workers ta the Moonlite Bunny Ranch, another legal brother in Nevada. But according to the site, clients will never be filmed without their written consent because "your visit here is no one's business but yours".

• In 2014, a Yelp reviewer slammed the brothel as a "$500 (£323) or walk" establishment, claiming that he thought it would be like a strip club environment when he visited but was immediately asked to pick a lady out of a line-up upon his arrival. When they got to a private room, she is said to have made her "$500 or walk" expectation clear.

• You have to be at least 18 to enjoy the ranch's sexual services and the site states that virgins are also welcome.

• A total of 550 women are employed across the Love Ranch's network of brothels with at least 150 of them working at any given time. During peak hours, up to 50 prostitutes can be at work in each location. While some commute to work, others live at the ranch, where they are given single bedrooms with their own private baths.

• Hof stated that Odom "was in a VIP suite, which affords privacy and affords a lot of opportunity."
• Hunter claimed that Odom paid at least five figures for his stay.
