Lumia Denim Update for Lumia 930 and Lumia 1520 to Start This Month

The latest update to Lumia Cyan, Lumia Denim will be available for Lumia flagship smartphones this month.

The well known source for providing information regarding Windows Phone, former Microsoft employee, Nawzil has revealed this via Twitter.

However, this would not be surprising as Microsoft has already confirmed in September that Lumia Denim with new enhancements from the Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1 and exclusive Lumia smartphones experience will start rolling out for Lumia Windows Phone 8 handsets during the fourth quarter of this year.

But what Nawzil points out here is that Lumia Denim will first roll out for Lumia 930 and Lumia 1520 starting this month. Following which the update will be available for other Lumia Windows Phone 8 devices. This would be a great piece of information as Lumia 930 and Lumia 1520 owners will not have to wait for a long time for the update.

The Lumia Denim firmware will bring Lumia Camera update with faster and more intuitive camera experience, speed, 4K-quality video recording at 24 FPS and rich capture with auto HDR and Dynamic Flash, reports WMPU.

With the previous report also suggesting that the roll out of Lumia Denim update might start between the last week of October and November first week, there is a possibility for the update to commence this month.
