A 34-year-old from Ohio, USA, was arrested for having sex with a pool raft. This is the second time the man has been arrested in last two years for the same crime.
On Wednesday, Edwin Tobergta was charged for the freak crime by a Butler County grand jury after a child witnessed him having "sexual relations with a rubber pool float," police told WHIO. The incident took place last month when the child saw the man stepping out his back door, naked, along with the float.
The float was apparently the same one Toberdta was caught having sex with, two years ago.
In 2011, Tobergta was first arrested when he was caught making love to his neighbor's pink, inflatable raft. The neighbor, who caught Tobergta in action, told police that he was on top of the floatational raft while he had his pants down. Tobergta fled the scene with the float at the time, but was arrested later.
According to a Huffington report, Tobergta has been arrested at least five times before for committing similar crimes.
This is not the first time someone has been arrested for trying to have sex with non-living objects.
Sexual arousal with non-living objects is known as Fetishism.
"People with fetishes have sexual urges associated with non-living objects. The person becomes sexually aroused by wearing or touching the object," says medical Web site Webmd.
In 2012, a 46-year-old man for Wisconsin was accused of enjoying sex with a discarded sofa.
The incident came to light when an off-duty officer, who was jogging, reportedly spotted Gerard Streator making love with the furniture. Streator was charged with lewd and lascivious behavior.
Streator "had been thrusting his pelvic area against the cushions and trying to sexually gratify himself by rubbing his penis between the two cushions," said officer Ryan Edwards in a police report according to Smoking Gun.
