Manchester City will be looking to make their mark on Saturday after losing to Chelsea in the Premier League last weekend.

Where to Watch Live

Kick-off is set for 3pm GMT. Highlights of the game will be available on BBC Match of the Day on BBC One from 10:25pm GMT.

Overview

Manchester City will be disappointed after losing to title rivals Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in the last seconds of the game. The Citizens looked to have secured one point when Fernando Torres managed to get on the end of a header from Matija Nastasic that was misjudged by Joe Hart. The England international ran out to receive the ball but was left in no man's land as Torres finished with aplomb.

City are currently seventh in the league, six points behind league leaders Arsenal and must win against Norwich to keep their title challenge on track. Manuel Pellegrini is yet to come to terms with the rhythm of the Premier League and has already lost three times away from home, to Aston Villa, Cardiff City and Chelsea. At home, in contrast, City have so far taken maximum points.

Norwich will be buoyed by the memory of beating City in the corresponding fixture on the final day of last season. The absence of Vincent Kompany from the Manchester City team will be a major boost for the Canaries and Chris Hughton will tell his boys to be on the front foot and put pressure on City's fallible defence. They come into the game on the back of a 4-0 drubbing at the hands of Manchester United in the Capital One Cup.

What the Managers Say

Manuel Pellegrini (on Hart): "I am very careful with all the players, not only Joe. You must ask Joe. I can't answer for him how disappointed [he was]. All of you and the players and me saw what happened but he is a football player and every week he is in the same pressure."

Chris Hughton: "It's exciting as it's one of the best places to play", Hughton told his club's official site. You're playing against the best players in the division, and that's a situation you always want the players to look forward to. We know our performances haven't been bad, but we haven't had the points to go with our performances. That's the reality."
