Manchester United ended their two-match losing streak in the Premier League by registering a comfortable 4-1 victory over champions Leicester City at Old Trafford on 24 September. The last time they played at home was in the derby clash, which the Red Devils lost 2-1 to Manchester City.

For the clash against the Foxes, Jose Mourinho dropped captain Wayne Rooney and replaced him with Juan Mata in the No 10 role. Marouane Fellaini also lost his spot in the starting XI to Ander Herrera, while Daley Blind came in place of Luke Shaw in the left-back position.

Chris Smalling, who partnered Eric Bailly in the heart of the back four opened the scoring, before Mata doubled the lead. A quick corner helped Marcus Rashford get his name on the scoresheet before Paul Pogba scored his first goal for United. All four goals came in the first half, sufficient for Jose Mourinho's side to seal their fourth league win of the campaign.

On Wayne. Remember when Giggs was a bit-part player towards end of his career? WR is at that stage. Should be brought on as & when. #mufc
