Where to watch live

Kick-off is at 12.30am BST (13 June). Live coverage of the match will be available on Premier Sports.

Overview

Neither Mexico nor Bolivia managed to make it to the top four of the last edition of the tournament, which was won by Uruguay. Mexico suffered a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Brazil during the warm-up match.

Meanwhile, Argentina crushed Bolivia 5-0 in the last warm up match before the start of the Copa America. Mauricio Soria's side have won just one of the last seven matches played and he will be hoping to avoid a defeat against Mexico in their first fixture of the tournament.

The other two teams from the same group, Chile and Ecuador, clashed against each other in the opening fixture, which was won 2-0 by the host nation. A victory for either of the sides on Friday will help them be level on points with Chile, with the goal difference set to decide the position in the table.
