Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr gave fans a glimpse of her toned body recently, tweeting a photograph of herself in a complicated yoga posture. The former Victoria's Secret Angel wears a bikini and executes a perfect full back-bend on the beach.
"Stretch it out #yoga #openyourheart #summertime," she tweeted, along with the black and white photograph.
Kerr, who is married to Pirates of the Caribbean star Orlando Bloom, and is mother to Flynn Christopher Bloom, was shooting a promotional video for her Kora Organics range of cosmetics. She also posted a topless photograph, thanking photographer Chris Colls.
The 30-year-old model is a huge fan of yoga and loves demonstrating her favourite positions. Last year, for example, while shooting for Reebook's Easytone shoes, she said: "I make sure I do half an hour of yoga in the morning so that then I'm feeling good. I have been working out quite a bit doing Pilates and yoga and strength training with weights and resistant bands and I eat super healthy. Health is really wealth I think."
"If I'm in the car on the way to work or if I'm on the plane on the way to a job I'll do [some] meditation," she added.
Kerr has also spoken on her philosophy of life, claiming she has always been "very passionate about health and wellness".
"I've been very passionate about health and wellness from a young age and I like to live a healthy life and a balanced life as much as I can," she told the Sunday Telegraph, "And body + soul gave me the opportunity to share my passion with others, so when they approached me to guest edit it just felt like a really great fit."
