A woman was given a nasty shock when the battery in the mobile phone she was using exploded whilst she was on a bus in Sichuan Province, China.

CCTV footage shows the woman replacing her mobile phone battery when it unexpectedly explodes, catching fire.

Passengers quickly ran away to try and get off the bus, as firefighters were called in to extinguish the fire. No injuries were reported.
