England travel to Montenegro Friday needing just one point to secure automatic qualification for next summer's European Championships.

But Fabio Capello has urged his side not to play for a draw in Podgorica, with the home side still in a position to overhaul England should they win tonight and beat Switzerland in their final group game.

The England manager remains wary of the threat posed by Juventus striker Mirko Vucinic, with Phil Jagielka or Phil Jones likely to be tasked with keeping the 6ft 1in forward quiet.

Despite scoring a hat-trick at the weekend, Frank Lampard will have to settle for a place on the substitute's bench as Capello keeps faith with the central midfield pair of Scott Parker and Gareth Barry.

The only other dilemma for the England coach is who will partner Wayne Rooney up front, with Bobby Zamora and Danny Welbeck vying with Andy Carroll for a starting place.

Capello is a keen admirer of Welbeck after watching the youngster combine well with Rooney at Old Trafford this season.

However, the England coach remains wary of Welbeck's inexperience at international level and is considering pairing Zamora with Rooney in a revamped strike-force.

Capello confirmed the United forward was ready to play in tonight's match, despite his father's arrest Thursday in an investigation into betting irregularities.

"He told me 'absolutely no problems'," the Italian said. "He is sure this poses no problems."

John Terry, who was reinstated as England captain in March, sees Euro 2012 as a chance to restore the team's reputation after the ignominy of last summer's World Cup in South Africa.

"It's obviously my dream to take an England side into a big, major tournament," he said.

"With that in mind as a personal goal that's my target.

"Collectively for the team [qualification] is the priority, whether with a draw or a win."
