MTV Movie and TV Awards 2017: Emma Watson, Millie Bobby Brown and more winners

For the very first time TV shows and stars of the small screen competed with movie counterparts for the coveted golden popcorn statues at the newly revamped MTV Movie and TV Awards, which was aired live from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on Sunday night (7 May).

Not to differentiate between actors based on gender, the best actress award was done away with as stars competed for the top acting awards.

At this year's award show, Get Out led the pack with six nominations, but the biggest winners of the night was Emma Watson and Millie Bobby Brown. The event was hosted by Adam Devine.
