N-Dubz star Fazer has reportedly filed for bankruptcy after struggling to pay his tax bills.

According to The Sun, the 26-year-old is broke after experiencing financial woes over the last few months.

Official records allegedly show that the rapper, who formed N-Dubz alongside Dappy and former X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlo, was made bankrupt earlier this month.

It is not known how much the producer, whose real name is Richard Rawson, owes the taxman.

However it is thought that Fazer could lose his share of a £796,500 North London flat he bought with Contostavlo.

Fazer became a father for the first time in February when his model partner Ashley Emma gave birth to a girl, Ava Rose Rawson.

The bankruptcy reports come just days after his former bandmate Dappy denied reports he is heading into the Celebrity Big Brother house to avoid bankruptcy.

"WTF is all this bullshhhhhhh in the paper!!!!!! I just got a quarter of a mill!!!! Plus my new record deal is on da table!!!," Dappy furiously tweeted.

"I got doe (dough) now and always will have!!!!!! If your talented you'll always be financially stable!!!

Fazer has not commented on the bankruptcy reports.
