The PureView 808 is powered by a 1.3GHz ARM 11 processor.

In contrast, the Sensational XL is powered by a 1.5GHz Scorpion CPU and Qualcomm MSM8255 chipset. It includes Adreno 205 GPU.

The PureView 808 packs 41 megapixels camera sensor with Nokia Pureview Pro imaging technology and Carl Zeiss optics. The sporting features are auto-focus, Xenon flash, 4x lossless digital zoom, geo-tagging and face detection. It allows users to record video of 1080p with LED light. It supports three shooting modes which includes auto, scenes and creative.

The Sensational XL boasts an eight megapixel rear-facing camera which features auto-focus, dual-LED flash, geo-tagging, face detection, touch focus and auto-upload. It contains a front-facing camera of 1.3 megapixels for video calling.

Operating System

The PureView 808 runs on Nokia Belle Feature Pack 1 operating system which features improved performance, faster web browsing, six home screens and more. Users can enjoy redesigned widgets which range in five different sizes. The new "Toggle" widget makes switching of tasks easier.

On the other hand, the Sensational XL runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
